By accessing or using the Data Buddy website at data-buddy.ai (the "Site") or signing up for our beta program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Beta Program

Data Buddy is currently in a limited beta phase. By signing up, you acknowledge that:

• The product is under active development and may change significantly
• Access to the beta is not guaranteed and is granted at our discretion
• Beta features may be incomplete, contain bugs, or be removed at any time
• We may contact you at the email address you provide regarding the beta program
